The first shoot of the season is in the history books! What a nice group of shooters that showed up for the first one of the season, 17 shooters braved the weather conditions to come up and shoot some clays, make some friends and share in a really good time. The wind made it miserable, and it stiffened the courses up considerably from what was intended, I think for the conditions and subsequently the behavior the wind caused on some of those birds, everyone shot very well. I sure hope you all enjoyed it, we will try and "wind" proof the next one a bit so the birds wont be quite so unpredictable.

We had a shoot off between Tyler Smith and Robert Wimpenny, with Tyler coming out on top, nice shooting Tyler!

Thank you to all the shooters for coming to shoot, we really hope you enjoyed it and we sure would like to see you in March! Thank you to the trappers, Tyrell and Andrew, and the score keepers, Kim and Tony. Tony, Bob and Kim had the courses laid out and opened up and ready to go bright and early Saturday morning, thanks and job well done.
